Michael Farrugia

Michael Farrugia

Managing Director

Michael Farrugia joined Häfele in 1990. He worked in various roles, before establishing the Häfele Christchurch branch in 1996. In 2009 Michael took on the role of MD for Häfele NZ Ltd.

Manuela Koenig

General Manager - Operations

Manuela joined Häfele in 2022 and is responsible for our warehousing and operations. Manuela has over 25 years of experience within the New Zealand operational management field.

Terry Green

Financial Controller

Terry joined in 1998 and has been a part of the Häfele team for over 20 years. Terry has been responsible for Häfele New Zealand’s finances during this entire period.

Geoff King

General Manager - Supply Chain

Geoff joined Häfele in 2009 and shortly after - took the position of National Retail Manager. Geoff successfully lead our retail channel from the very beginning, before taking on the role of General Manager of Supply Chain in 2022.

Simon Lount

Simon Lount

General Manager Sales and Marketing

Simon first joined HNZ in 2005, and has been involved in Customer Services, Architectural Business and Category Management Team. In 2018, Simon moved to Häfele Germany, but has now returned to HNZ in 2021 to take on the role as GM of Sales and Marketing.

Roydon Olynsma

National Resellers Manager

Roydon joined Häfele in 2020 as a Key Account and progressed shortly after into his current role as National Resellers Manager. With 20 years of experience, Roydon leads our Resellers team with a customer centric/solution mind set.
